- Elevated platform to assure visibility (Ramp is nice but not essential)
- Audio Visual equipment – Clip on lavaliere microphone, projector, screen, and audio patch
- American Flag in a stand on the platform
- Small skirted table on stage for laptop and Olympic medals
- Table available to autograph books and sell products following the presentation if appropriate
